Webinar Recap: The Federal Scholarship Tax Credit — What School Leaders Need to Know

On Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2026, CEOF's leadership team hosted an informational webinar featuring special guest Jim Blew of the FSTC Coalition.

Jim is currently focused on the successful implementation of the FSTC nationwide. He served as U.S. Assistant Secretary for Policy and Budget under former Secretary Betsy DeVos, co-founded the Defense of Freedom Institute (DFI), and has worked in school-choice advocacy for nearly 30 years.

The webinar covered the fundamentals of the FSTC, the latest state-by-state opt-in estimates, and a Q&A session with Catholic school leaders from across the nation.
