CEOF will publish the Policy Watch this summer — a brief digest covering federal Treasury and IRS rulemaking on §25F, state opt-in and SGO certification updates, peer SGO announcements, and any items requiring CEOF action that month. The digest will be published here and shared with subscribed schools and donor advisors.
